Service terms for Avery AI digital tools, credits, usage, AI outputs, payments, and customer responsibilities.

Avery AI provides AI-powered tools for branding, marketing, content creation, business planning, and related digital services.
The service may use credits, usage limits, packages, or subscriptions. Features, availability, limits, and prices may vary by tool, package, account status, or campaign.
Avery AI is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through their account.
Credits may be deducted when an eligible AI request has been successfully processed.
If a request fails because of a confirmed Avery AI system error, credits should not normally be deducted, or may be restored after review.
Credits have no cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law. Credits, usage limits, packages, or subscriptions may be subject to additional conditions shown at checkout or in the relevant tool.
Paid digital services may be processed by Omise or another payment service provider. Card or payment details may be entered and processed directly by the payment service provider, and Avery AI does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.
Customers should review all package details, pricing, and payment information before completing a transaction.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular use.
Similar or identical outputs may potentially be produced for other users.
Avery AI does not guarantee that generated names, slogans, logos, concepts, text, plans, or other outputs are legally available for use.
Customers are responsible for checking trademarks, copyrights, regulatory requirements, factual accuracy, originality, and suitability before any commercial use.
AI output should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice unless explicitly provided by a qualified professional.
Customers must not use Avery AI to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-compromising content.
Avery AI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where misuse, payment fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms is reasonably suspected.
